INSPECTIONIn-Service Inspection (ISI)
Nuclear power plants prioritize safety, which is why they perform non-destructive testing to verify safety functions and maintain the required quality standards. For nuclear power plants, regular in-service inspection (ISI) of welds is mandatory. By replacing conventional elbows with Sungil SIM’s high-frequency bending, the number of weld points is reduced, thereby minimizing ISI weld points, leading to lower operational and maintenance costs for nuclear power plants.
VERIFICATIONCFSI (KHNP Quality Verification)
In accordance with supply contracts (or construction/service contracts) for items used in nuclear power plant operations and construction projects, detailed requirements are specified to prevent counterfeiting, falsification, and fraud of quality assurance documentation generated at all stages of the process, including design, procurement, manufacturing, and testing. Sungil SIM complies with KHNP's internal procedures and contractual technical specifications for nuclear projects. Additionally, we have developed internal guidelines to prevent counterfeiting, falsification, and fraud and carry out CFSI verification accordingly.
